Bill & Amy have been involved in real estate / construction for over 30 years. Their first major project started back in 2012 with the idea to bring their favorite date night restaurant, In the Raw, to Broken Arrow. They spent the following years meeting, discussing & planning. When the ideal location became available on Main Street in Broken Arrow, they never looked back. With over 30 homes completed to date, they will continue to play a major role in the development & progress of the Rose District.

A licensed a Realtor/Broker since 1989, Bill completed his first flip home at age 19, taught himself how to swing a hammer & tear down walls. He learned more about building when his father-in-law hired him to oversee new builds for Sherwin Williams Paint Stores across the Midwest, with two right here in Tulsa. The expertise obtained during this time resulted in having the dedication & spirit that drives him daily.

Real Estate Agent / Real Estate Investor

Amy spent her childhood watching her father build a successful construction company. So construction runs deep in the family. After their second daughter was born, Amy pursued Real Estate with Keller Williams so she could have a more flexible schedule. The union of these two industries has proven to produce some pretty incredible results for their team. Real estate investment has been key in building their business.
