They Spent The Following Years Meeting, Discussing & Planning With City Officials & Economic Development Council. When The Ideal Location Became Available On Main Street in Broken Arrow, They Never Looked Back. With over 30 homes, 40 ‘doors’ of Multi-Family Units & Over $36 Million Invested Alone in the Rose District Completed To Date, They Will Continue To Play a Major Role In The Development & Progress Of The Rose District. He learned more about building when his father-in-law hired him to oversee new builds for Sherwin Williams Paint Stores across the Midwest, with two right here in Tulsa. The expertise obtained during this time resulted in having the dedication & spirit that drives him daily.
